NH Blue Star Museums
Blue Star Museums is a partnership between the National Endowment for the Arts and Blue Star Families, in collaboration with the Department of Defense and museums across America, offering free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve. The 2023 Blue Star Museums program begins on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 20, 2023 and ends on Labor Day, Monday, September 4, 2023. Go to participating NH museums.
NH State Parks & Beaches
New Hampshire has 93 state park properties including state beaches that provide a variety of recreational opportunities for all ages and abilities. The park system includes beaches, campgrounds, historic sites, waysides, natural areas, a multitude of trails, and much more to explore. Active members of any military branch regardless of residence are granted free admission to day-use areas for themselves only with presentation of their military ID. This discount does not include military family members with military dependent ID's. This discount is only for the sevicemember and is not applicable for other guests. Go to a list of NH State Parks.
